Do you offer in person Sessions?

Online Sessions via Zoom are all that is offered at this time.

Do you accept insurance?

Insurance is not accepted at this time.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please request to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your Sessions. Within 24 hours a $50 fee may be applied.

If you are running late, please notify me.

How do you accept payment?

Payment may be made through Venmo.

How should I prepare for Sessions?

Hydrate (or have water handy) and snack before hand.

Take a walk or get some fresh air.

Try to reduce or remove any distractions before your Session.

Be present in your Session; please do not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

How can I integrate the skills/ discoveries after a Session?

Take some time to reflect on our Session by "unplugging". That can be either with yourself or your support circle. get "unplugged for you time"

You may be given homework exercises to practice that will help you in your journey.

Plenty of water, a light meal, and fresh air can be of benefit.

You may also need to use some Coping Skills from your Resiliency Basket (things I will help you develop early in our work together).
